The Story Project is a collection of fictional journals that detail the lives, secrets, and struggles of thirteen writers gathered together in an experimental community. They came together because they wanted to write stories — but they find they've become the story. Updated several times a week.

Snapshots is a collection of flash fiction written when I have a spare minute and a decent idea. Updated sporadically

A Girl Called Snort is a serialized novel about a girl cursed from birth with a pig's head. Her journey to break the curse reveals strange creatures and a dark history.

Who are you ?

My name is Nick Hayden, a bookkeeper by day, a writer by night, a husband/father all hours of the day.

Why do you do this?

I have been perpetually fascinated by serialized fiction, and the web seems the best place to publish a serialized novel.

What can I do?

The best thing you can do is to read and enjoy. I publish online partly so that others can easily invest themselves in the story.
